Telephone System

Northern Trust Real Estate is pleased to offer the latest in telephone technology, Cisco's Voice-Over IP system. This phone system offers many features to keep realtors connected with clients, including a receptionist web attendant, office phones for use at home over high speed internet, cordless phone extensions for realtors on floor duty and multiple programming options for desk phones.

Copiers

Top of the line, high speed Xerox copiers have been installed in each tech room at Northern Trust with many professional finishing options including stapling, saddle stitching, z-folds, c-folds, and divider inserts. Our copiers can produce high quality print postcards, flyers and brochures.

Computing

The cutting-edge computer system at Northern Trust includes workstations available for realtor use in each tech room, conference room and common work station. Computers offer MLS and Microsoft Office Professional on 17" flat panel screens. Computers also include CD-ReWriteable drives, so even the largest files can be saved for a realtor's records.

Faxing & Printing

Both tech rooms and the front desk have Xerox WorkCentres available providing faxing, printing, copying and scanning capabilities. Northern Trust also offers high-speed color network printers for listing presentations.

Network Connectivity

Northern Trust Real Estate utilizes ACS' Smartnet DSL line to provide internet access to the building. The network transports both phone and data information and is built with complete redundancy to eliminate downtime. Wireless connectivity is also provided throughout the building and into the parking lot.

Presentation Hardware

The conference rooms and training facility have been designed with the latest in presentation hardware. Each room is equipped with a ceiling mounted projector or a media center computer to allow PowerPoint, DVD and VHS presentations. Conference rooms include professional speaker phones and video conferencing capabilities with Northern Trust's partners.
