Steve Skinner is the Northern Trust instructor at the Mat-Su branch in Wasilla.  A versatile instructor, Steve has over 5 years experience teaching adults in a classroom atmosphere.  He also has many hours teaching in “one-on-one” situations as a flight instructor where he observes students progress through the lessons and tasks.  As a licensed Realtor, he is knowledgeable of the latest laws, trends, and techniques required for a successful career in real estate.  You will find him both qualified and helpful in passing your real estate exam. Steve holds a baccalaureate degree from the University of Nebraska in communications.  He is 22-year military veteran and a retired officer.  He enjoys flying, skiing, fishing and most outdoor sports Alaska has to offer.
